Clients shall be able to reach me directly on my direct cell phone as their personal attorney for the issues outlined in their representation agreement. Clients will receive a return phone call within 24 hours.

 

Client matters do not always occur during business hours. Individuals that work "non-traditional"  hours or have limited access to privacy can return Attorney phone calls between the hours of  7 AM through 7 PM. Each of my prospective Clients receives guarantee a return call within 24 hours or less regardless of the urgency. The return call may be in the evening if I am assisting another Client.   

Clients shall have the option to select Saturday and evening appointments in urgent legal matters that can not be accommodated the following week.  

 

Some of my Clients are unable to meet during "normal business hours" with responsibilities outside their control. 

Clients shall receive Monthly Status Reports regarding work on their case for the enclosed month. The Client shall also have a brief monthly Status Conference Call to discuss the current Status Report. The Client Status Conference Call will be provided at no charge to the Client.

 

The outcome of a case obviously can not be guaranteed. The length of time associated with resolution or disposition of a case is routinely affected by facts and situations outside the control of one party. However, milestones of critical dates or updates can routinely be provided.

My Client Philosophy | Your Bill of Rights

 

A copy of my Ten Point Client Bill of Rights is provided to my new Clients.  Generally, individuals engage the service of an Attorney at the most traumatic and anxious times of their personal and professional lives. Unfortunately, the stress and uncertainty of particular outcomes may not be the only frustration.   My Service goal is to reduce common anxiety, stress, and frustration with the process of legal representation.
